How to sell

If you are interested to sell via auction we will need:
  • A full description and photos via email (unless we have them already).
  • The current selling price of your property.
Visit the properties section to see how your property will be listed and all the information for sellers and buyers. We will then call to discuss your reserve price (the minimum selling price). You must be prepared to discount your property from the current selling price by at least 20%.

We will then require:
  • A signed vendor contract with Property Ibiza Auctions to authorise the sale of the property and agreement of terms. Where a vendor is not in the country, we will email a contract to them, which they should print and sign.
  • Registration payment of €600 which covers all advertising and registration costs. For properties with a price of €500,000 or less please contact us for a lower rate. This is a one-off fee. In the event that your property is not sold then it will automatically be entered into the next auction at no extra cost.
We will also need:
  • Copy of the Escritura - property ownership.
  • Copy of the Nota Simple (if possible).
  • Copy of recent GESA and water bills.
  • IBI tax bill (if possible).
  • Copy of NIE number and passport.
  • All pre-checks of documents will be made by GamaServi - they will charge a fee of €300. This is a special discounted price specifically for sellers at Property Ibiza Auctions. When we sell your property we will REFUND this amount. There are NO other costs for selling your property.
  • To provide access to the property for five days prior to the auction. We will inform you in advance as to the viewings times and dates.
  • The seller or an authorised power of attorney must be present on day of auction.
